because some of them don't know how to be a decent human beings and function as a normal adult would.

Don't worry about it. As they grow older that will stop. Right now they just don't know how to let a girl know they like them, so they call them names and generally annoy them. In a few years everything will work it self out and you'll be the one calling boys names. LOL

Supposedly, and that is if you are talking about boys and not men, (elementary school age) they say that when a boy picks on girls, that they like them. There was this little boy who use to pick on my daughter all the time. They are both in middle school now and they are the best of friends. He would like to be more than that, but I will not allow it! But he told her the reason he picked on her was because he liked her!
