When you realized you were having a miscarriage, did you realize this from bleeding? Or did you go in for an ultrasound and the doctor told you? If you found out by an ultrasound (or blood work) did you have any symptoms of miscarrying at all? Did you spot or cramp? PLEASE let me know. I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and I have had a few miscarriages before, but I miscarried before I was 4 weeks and I knew cause I cramped and bled. I have not felt pregnant at all the past 3 days and am going to the doctors tomorrow afternoon. Thanks

Severe cramps and very clotty bleeding. I had two miscarraiges, one year after another, and found out I was pregnant again on the third year. I got good prenatal care and was given progesterone as well as a rhogam shot because I am RH-. I now have a healthy happy 3 month old boy! Not everyone gets morning sickness, so don't rely on that as a sign of pregnancy. You are getting prenatal care and that is the most important thing. Good Luck!

I just miscarried a week ago and i was 10 weeks but i was expecting it because i had an ultrasound and the baby had no heartbeat but i chose to wait for it to be done naturally instead of having a d & c..but you will know when you are miscarrying because of the extreme amount of bleeding and cramping..this is my 4th miscarriage so i'm starting to feel like an expert

When I misscarried, I had alot of cramping and spot bleeding. Then it got worse and I had alot more cramping and was basically bleeding like I was one my period. Have you had any bleeding associated with cramping. There are going to be days where you feel pregnant and days where you don't. Have you any symptoms. Like morning sickness. Not everyone is the same. Some women get sick while being pregnant and others don't. With two of my kids I had dry heaving and never threw up. Good luck at your appointment.

I had one. I had very heavy bleeding that lasted for weeks (didn't know I was even pregnant). Not much cramping or anything really. I also bled during one of my pregnancies. Luckily, went to the hospital, gots some pills and delivered a healthy boy months later. Don't worry. It sounds like you are getting good prenatal care.

Well I was 4 wks along and I started to spot. I went to dr and they recommended blood work and bed rest. The bleeding progressed and my hormone levels were low. the ultrasound showed something but because the hormone levels were so low, she said it is only a matter of time. That night I had thee worst cramps and major bleeding. I hope everything goes well. Just maintain a positive attitude.

I hope this was helpful

Just a bit of help - I have miscarried a couple of times and am now pregnant again, but they checked me for a rare blood clotting factor that sometimes causes mulitple miscarriages, if you go to the Dr. tomorrow and everything looks good, you might ask him about that blood test...I have to give myself shots of blood thinner and take an aspirin every day to maintain a healthy pregnancy...I know it sounds weird, but it might be worth asking...

You should stop stressing. Miscarriages happen before the cramping and bleeding but there is nothing you cn do to prevent most miscarriages. If you are not cramping or bleeding just assume that you and the baby are fine.
good luck....
