You might try here ----->
fuel tank security
...or google fuel+ vehicle + security.
One of the things I did when I operated fleets was t park the vehicles so close together that it was impossible to get near enough the filler to be able to siphon the fuel. Sometimes this requires a bit of creativity, such as backing one vehicle close to the other, but allowing enough room to open the door behind the other vehicle. Sometimes ir required that all the vehicles be parked so that they had to be removed in a specific order so that one COULD get into the driver's door of only the last vehicle, and that vehicle would need to be filled on the right side, or parked backward but only about 2/3 the way in to allow access to the van, but not the fuel doors.

Depending on how much the bumpers stick out you can maybe park the vans snug against some wall/obstacle.This is assuming they steal during parking hours.Or maybe if no walls a t-bone configurated parking,where one van has its front parked to the gas hatch(good driving required)

I have seen people with vans mount a lock on the gas door like you would have on a toolbox or a door and put a padlock on it. This will require you to use sheetmetal screws or a welding torch to attach the lock backing plates.

I would buy a locking gas cap. Whatever the mechanism is that makes it so one can't siphon gas, someone will find a way to bypass it, and quickly.

coil up a coat hanger stick it in the gas filler push it down far so you can fill the gas up.this will prevent the hose from getting to siphon the gas out.

You can also purchase a "fake" camera at Radio Shack for about $25.00 and you cannot tell it from the real ones. It rotates and also the light is on; even has a fake video cord...
Now if you lived in Texas you could blow their brains out as they have "property laws" in that state, and I wish all states had it...

Simple- do what I did; Buy a german shepard and chain it to your bumper and feed it just once a day. Dare those thieves to even try taking your gasoline now! P.S.- Bring the dog in if it is cold out ok?

Put a Pit Bull on a long chain tied to the bumper. That should discourage them.

Have a couple of guard dogs around to open them up if they ever come back. As always...be sure to hang the proper signs also.
