I think they may be related. I find them both pretty creepy. My son was never into them at all... Thank goodness. He likes Thomas and Friends and Curious George. Have you ever watch Curious George? It is so cute. That is one show I can sit down and watch with my son without wishing I was cleaning the bathroom instead of watching some of the tortureous morning shows. Like the Wiggles. Man! I don't know how the little guys stand that stuff.... or Barney! Yuck! We had cool shows when we were kids like Rocky and Bullwinkle and the Flinstones. And my personal favorite, Astro Boy!
