21 year old pregnant wife.. wants a puppy, but we can't keep one in our apartment... any ideas? willing to spend upwards of 300$ on her gift.
no romantic getaways, etc... we do enough of that already

First as a mother do not do not get a puppy. Believe when I tell you soon enough she will have her hand full. Since being pregnant can make you feel UN pretty. Maybe a necklace that says I love you I'll love you in the beginning and in the end... like the three stone past. present. future..... Or a camera to take tons of pictures of the bundle of joy and of her to remember being pregnant.

If she wants a pup does that mean she likes animals? If so, how about an aquarium setup? You could get everything she needs for either a salt or freshwater aquarium and then a gift certificate to a pet / fish store so she could choose the fish. Or jewelery always works. Or what about some kind of experince thing like a personal chef or kayaking classes? Or something for the baby, or for the two of you for after baby is born?

I was prego last year and my husband got me maternity clothes. At the time I felt jipped but, in the end, I was soooo thankfull. So, maternity clothes OR a nice expensive purse. Dooney and Burke or Coach!! OR a Gift card at a Salon a day of beauty, Manicure, Pedicure, massages a hair cut. Ahhhh, I'm in heaven just thinking about it!

You should get a house and buy her a puppy. If you do enough romantic getaways, you should be able to afford a house right? Well anyways, Jewelery is always a winner!

buy her something that makes her feel special, or beautiful. While she is pregnant, her hormones are on a roller coaster, and she doubts herself constantly. Her body is changing and she thinks she is ugly.
I bought my wife maternity lingerie, and i reminded her daily of how beautiful she is. To, me she was even more beautiful while pregnant, because she was carrying our child.
Maybe even some massage oils, and use them to give her a good shoulder and neck massage or foot massage.

is she into scrap booking, I would get a scrapbook machine like sizzix zipemate quickutz, with some dies and a good camera. Also some jewelery .Can you have any pets, like a fish or a rabbit?

I would give her jewelery, scented candles, lingerie for after the baby, as well as some bath stuff so she can pamper herself. Maybe even a day at the spa.....

get her a little yorkie terrier! get her what she wants, don't you want to get what you want? yorkies are tiny and won't mess up an apartment. make sure it's a baby yorkie, she will be soooooo happy! they're around 300 dollars too, perfect ! she will love you forever

Well what does she like? Most women (esp pregnant) would like a spa package, gym membership, iPod, perfume, new clothes/shoes, etc.
