The freedom to speech, to say what you want. The freedom to vote for your Government. To know that you don't have to live under some dictatorship. Anyone that does not vote has no reason to complain about how things are running in the government. Their one vote combined with others that choose not to vote could make all the difference. So they should not complain. But they even have the freedom to do exactly that. Living in a free world is freedom to me.

If it has to be an object, then money. Money buys freedom. I wish I had enough that I didn't have to work at a job I hate...

The COW represents perfect freedom to me.
It goes where it pleases, eats drinks sleeps when it pleases. Does what it pleases, doesn't worry about anything or anybody.
In general all animals are symbols of perfect freedom.

To me, nothing is more heart warming that Old Glory waving in the breeze with the sound of Star Spangled Banner in the background.

"The only freedom which deserves the name is that of
pursuing our own good in our own way, so long as we do
not attempt to deprive others of theirs, or impede their
efforts to obtain it." -- J.S.Mill in 'On Liberty'
