The answers community will help her (this, i am 99% sure about). I am guessing that they will reduce the number of answers a little (getting rid of the not so good ones, and keeping the really good ones) then she will choose the best from those. (80% sure)
I say this because when another famous person choose best answer, it said "choosen with help from the answers community", but of course, the person will want to have some help in the decision, because they don;t want an answer choosen they dont like.
And, It IS her. If the name has "official" written in white with a green background, then that person is the real deal
