Is there a standard form for the motion for release of lien in north carolina that an individual may file with the clerk of court where the money is held in trust or must an attorney prepare? this is in re: mechanics lien.

Get an attorney I work for a fairly large lumber co. and ive had to put liens on a few jobs and with out a lawyer the court room jargon will fly over your head
