Because the first time they got married was for love. Now, they just want money!

I don't believe that way but I figure they do it because they've tried the other path with someone that had not enough or one that was so tight he squeeked and maybe a change for them is good? But hey those men with money are NOT ignorant and most of them try to find a female of equal value when it comes to money or maybe they want to shower her with lavish gifts which that would be alright with me as long as he treated me like a lady and enjoyed my company and visa-versa.

No need to qualify with "after being divorced", eh? It will always be true that more women than not want to marry "up" socially. Whether this is good or bad is subject to debate.

As Jaqueline Kennedy Onasis once said...."The first time you marry for love, the second time you marry for money & the third time you marry for companionship."

Maybe because they are feeling insecure and unstable and think they will find the whole answer in money. Money can buy most anything....except happiness.

Because love hurts. Money can buy happiness if you know what you want.
