My Mom is practical with a capital P, so getting her postage stamps is appreciated - no kidding. She likes to send cards out as a mission project - so sometimes I buy her "homemade" cards as well.

Well I'm giving my Mom these lamps that she's been eying ever since I bought them lol. I bought them for $60 but it was supposed to be a "sale" but I think that I pretty much got ripped off :s I've had them for a long time so since she wants them (box is unopened...I think/hope :s) I'ma finally give her them.

4) jewellery: necklace, charm, bracelet, ring (family ring), earrings, jewellery box
5) clothes: shirt, boxed set of mitts/gloves, toque/hat, scarf, boots, slippers
6) accessories: jewellery, purse, wallet, brooch
7) decorations: wall hangings, dream catchers, ornaments, frames, framed pics, candles
8) Organizers: Day Planners, Calendar, electronic planner/Blackberry
9) Linen Closet stuff : bed-in-a-bag, towels, comforter, pillows
10) other: gift certificates, $, concert tix, perfume, let her choose out her own gift

I have it easy, she asked for it, but it's a Senseo coffee maker that uses the pods, and makes one cup of coffee at a time. She likes decaf, my father likes regular, and since it's just the two of them, a whole pot of either doesn't make much sense. And sometimes instant coffee just doesn't make the grade.
