I've done both. I like Blockbuster because you can now return the movies to the store and get a free rental from the store with the return. The return is automatically "checked in" with blockbuster.com so the next movie in your queue is sent to you. I don't have anything against Netflix but I like Blockbuster better.

I would choose blockbuster, from everything that I have heard from customers and read, Netflicks is fast only when you first sign up to 'snag you in'. Then after you've been a customer for a while you start ending up at the back of the list and it takes longer and longer to get your movies. With blockbuster there is normally a 3-4 day waiting period and if you turn in your movies at a store you get one free from the store, also if you have questions you don't have to go online or be put on hold if you call, you can go to a blockbuster store and ask questions and get real answers.

blockbuster b/c they are the same price as netflix, but as a bonus you can return the movies you received by mail to a blockbuster store and get a free rental for each mailer you bring in. netflix doesn't have that.

I've been a netflix customer for years and have never had a problem -- not even when Pulp Fiction slipped behind the HDTV and I told them it was lost.... Free movies are cool.

i use netflix and i like it a lot sometimes they are slow getting me the movies...(the mail i guess) but they get mine quickly enough....they have a good selection and they are usually good with recommendations for me....i dont know much about blockbuster though
