I have done all i can think of ,can anyone help me? Is there some one out there that can tell me what is wrong with my car?

Well what have you done?
1. Check the radiator fluid to be sure it's at proper level.
2. Check thermostat to be sure it's opening, replace if necessary.
3. Check to be sure cooling fans are turning on. If they aren't turning on you need to check the temperature sensor gauge, fan relays and fan motor.
4. Check water pump for leaks.
5. Have radiator checked to determine if it's clogged with deposits.

Well, you are going to have to tell us quite a bit more.
What HAVE you done?
Is it really overheating, or is the gauge in error?
Have you replaced the thermostat?
Does the fan(s) come on when the A/C is engaged?
A bit more information will help a bunch.

You might want to check with chiltons, or even Hayes Repair manuals. One other thing. check the fan relay switch, as this switch can wear out and cause the fan to come on late thereby making your car run out.. Dont run this car hot often, you'll have tarnny failure if you do.
