My loved ones most of all of course! But you asked "what" & not "who" so...
The arts. Beauty. (Art, music, photography, literature, film). Without them life would be unbearable. Painting, taking pictures, writing songs, playing guitar & singing help me to express myself. They are a release. They help me to deal with the parts of my life that I don't enjoy (my job!) Now if only I could make money doing what I love!
Picasso said "Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life."

What I love most is the privilege of being born in this wonderful century, the "Century of Light", the 20th century.
Having been able to witness the spectacular advance of all the sciences and communications and the birth of a new conscience in man.

Being able to step back some days, when I least want to and take a deep breath. Being thankful for the clean air, stars in the sky, birds chirping, wind blowing and laughter of my children in the distance...............
We never know when all of that will be taken away..........so some days, you just have to...........................stop, look and listen. Isn't that what we were taught as children.
It was meant as protection against being bludgeoned by a vehicle, but can now be used as a healing an appreciation reflection on what we have today...................

Writing. When I can't do writing, I like to educate. My customers get spoon fed a bit of history here and there when they come in.
