Depends what you are trying to change. An addiction for example is hard to change, while learning to leave the toilet seat up isn't. LOL

change is never easy for me, and ive moved at least 15 times....the thing i do so i dont feel like giving up: i keep in touch with friends...theyll help u thru watever it is....but to tell the truth, its just about impossible to get used to change

to make a change its not easy at all,u have to take it slowly and things will get better when u start to think positive.positive thoughs bring positive things.in this life nothings easy.u think if it was easier we would ask our self all those q's?..........
