It's possible there are none in production. Keep looking around, or talk to cartoon network about their merchandise.

Well, this isn't a very good answer, but I saw it on School Fundraisers. That's the only place I see it. I don't really go looking. Maybe it's not sold anymore or out of order. Try going to malls or asking them a thousand of times. They then will think that lots of people wnat it, then they will sell it again. That's what I did. :)
