Reality sucks! Most hit and run fender benders are never caught. They run because they don't have insurance and/or a drivers license. The tags on their vehicle are usually expired or registered to the previous owner. It is a huge problem that is getting bigger as more illegals drive, but cannot get licenses and insurance.

That just happened to a friend of mine a couple of days ago. The police officer asked her is she got his license plate number and she didn't. so they said they couldn't do anything but fill out a police report for her. So unfortunately, I wouldn't count on it. Good luck~

i might think of that it quite is obtainable in case you have a depiction of him and his motor vehicle, make, form, 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and coloration? He could could basically fall of their lap. it could be a useful capture if we could use CSI.
