You need to restart the computer and before it boots into Windows, hit the F8 key and go into safe mode and delete the file, then save the info, and restart the computer, or better yet shut it down and let ti sit for 2 minutes.
The file was either corrupted the wrong file for the computer or it has not downloaded right, those error indicate the driver for the video card either from ther upgrade or in the installation were affected, doing the deletion in Safe Mode allows you to remove drivers and files before the bott sequence has fully engaged.

If I'm understanding this was an (upgrade) for the video card software driver.
Best thing to do is to take it to a service shop. When video driver upgrades go bad it sometimes is not an easy fix.
I'm assuming the computer is unable to boot into Microsoft Windows. If that is the case, just take the computer to a service shop.
