yes i work at a mcdonalds.
big mac=2.61
coke=1.30
a mediun fry=1.52
add them together and get 5.43
if you get the value meal you pay 4.35
so you raelly do save

I dont think they are a better buy b/c if you get a value meal then not only are you clogging up your arterys and heart with a burger you can add the greasy french fries to! So yes it may be a better buy for your money but not your heart!
