when i worry i get so stressed, i just wanna sleep my life away...what should i do?

I had that pattern for about a year in college...it sucked, I was so unproductive...but the only thing that helped me was exercising...and make sure you eat right and take a vitamin...

I know how you feel! When I worry I like to be around people who love me...friends and family! I also try to keep as busy as possible so I don't have time to think and worry. Make sure you are eating a healthy diet and exercise. OHHH and take a nice hot bubble bath with scented candles at night. Your muscles will be less tense and you will have a good night sleep. Always remember things could be a lot worse in your life. Be grateful for what you have. I hoped that helped

That's normal. It has happened to me many times. You have to find something you really enjoy that relieves stress. Whether that be taking a long walk, or a jog, or taking a bath, listening to music, etc. There has to be something you enjoy that makes you happy. It will take the stress away. Or at least make it so you can deal with it.
