actually the t-chart idea isn't what the question is trying to get you to do. You want to solve for y, and make the formula in the form y=mx+b where b is the y intercept and m is the slope of the line. T-chart will give you a rough sorta graph but the teacher will count it wrong.

x-2y =3

x-3=2y

x/2 - 3/2 = y
y= 1/2y - 3/2

x = 3 y = 0

To solve that problem you would have to plot for points. For example make that T-chart. And then say in the x column plug in a 1. Then go to the equation number one (3x-6y=9) and plug in a 1 for the x. Then solve. Do about five points this way and then graph it.

Do the same for the second equation.

Hope that helps!

use this way :
because 3x-6y= 9,and x-2y=3, so we can use x= 3+ 2y instead of x-2y=3. then put x= 3+ 2y into 3x -6y =9, to
3 ( 3+2y)-6y=9
9+6y -6y =9
then we can see y =0, and x =3

first you need to solve one of the problems:
x-2y=3
+2y +2y
x=3+2y

then you sub in the x in the other problem:
3(3+2y)-6y=9

then all you have to do is solve for y and then sub that back in to find the real x. i have no idea how to graph it, sorry. good luck though!

hmm- this sounds like a homework question to me -- there's plenty of websites out there that will help you solve this yourself ---
