Firstly, ACCEPT is pronounced with stress on "ac" and EXCEPT is pronounced with stress on "cept".
Secondly, "pronounce" is not a noun and you should have used "pronunciation" instead.
Etymology:
From Latin pronuntiatio, noun of action
from perfect passive participle pronuntiatus,
from verb pronuntiare proclaim,
from pro- for + nuntiare announce.
