They are working on her new album, Good Girl Gone Bad, so that may be why it seems like that. There was a rumor Rihanna was dating Omarion or some other R&B artist, but I'm not sure if that's official. It's rumored that Beyonce and Jay-Z were engaged, but it seems that the couple is becoming more distant, so it's a possibilty that they've broken up and Jay-Z moved onto Rihanna. They were probably acting sorta like a couple for publicity.
