I would bring food/water and a companion (male) to spend the time with. Cell phones probably wouldnt work because of no reception. You can't live without food and water though.

Well I have seen enough Survivor to know this answer lol. I would bring matches to make fire easier, if you have fire you can cook food and boil any water so you can drink it. And since that takes care of the water and food dilemma too I would bring a picture of my family. I would miss them terribly!
