Voters are in charge of America. Since 1870 Black Men in America have had the right to vote. 1920 Black, White, and any other colored Women were allowed to vote. 1965 the Voters Rights Act improved and ensured these rights. Unfortunatly there has never been a restriction on the "close minded" or "bone head" right to vote. Thankfully there are more thoughtful black people, women and other such rational people, to off set the bone head vote.

This is a strange question. it assumes you think of blacks as a completely seperate group, like an apartheid or something. it also assumes that you feel someone else is in "charge" of america which is weird. i guess if you're asking what would happen if every single governent position from congress, the presidency, to big buisness was run by blacks. If that was the question, i think it's probably be a lot like it is now as blacks are americans and corruption is corruption.

I don't think they would change much if it were still a Democracy. There'd still be a white majority. I don't think they would change it to Communism. Black people in America are just as individualist as white people. If it were a dictatorship or a monarchy or something of that sort, there would probably be a lot of violence surrounding that position, just as there always is.
Either way you look at it, it would still be capitalistic. Of that, I'm sure. But yeah, it would depend on the leader and how much power they had.

Wow, well then, that's not a question of who but whom if the Person was lookin to the country not the race it would be wonderful, if the person was looking on to his race that is always a problem 4 every1 else but in the end I think we all know it's mostly about them selves. America would probably be out of control N extremely wild.

It would depend on WHICH Black people were in charge. We're not all alike, you know. We're kind of like White people: some of us are smart, some of us are dumb, some of us are good looking, some of us are ugly; you get my point?

Mattering the character of the person, which is what SHOULD count in leadership, we could prosper, even do better than we have been currently. Maybe worse if someone weak or corrupt of character got into office. Character, not race, is what counts.

Well, I don't think its a racial thing. I think its a character thing.
Put Colin Powell or Condi Rice in charge and we would function well.
Put Jessie Jackson in and this county would become a third word country with in a year.

Watermelon and fried chicken would become staples in school lunches.
I'm sure someone is going to be a total prude and give me a thumbs down on this answer, even though I'm clearly joking.
EDIT: Yep, I was right.
