Why can't I have a giant candy-cane suit??

Why does Ellen DeGeneres' staff get to have all the fun? Is it so wrong to want to be a dancing candy cane? I want one more than Ralphie wanted his Red Rider BB gun--even more than that annoying lisping kid wanted his 2 front teeth. Whose Christmas is it anyway??

Its your Christmas!! You can't have a candy cane outfit untill you stop shooting Ralphie with his BB Gun and give that little boy his front teeth back!!
