We had a sprayer go wild and now we have wood stain all over our drive way and our truck, does anyone have ideas on how to get it off?
Thank you so much.

I had a similar problem but only it was a very dark stain-almost black.I bought a product called white out for concrete cleaning. You pour it on and leave it sit for an hour or so and then pressure spray it.It worked really well.

If the diesel fuel doesn't work satisfactorily... I would stain the whole driveway! Concrete is very porous, stain pigments work their way into these pores. I think the diesel will remove the surface stain, but I doubt it will be back to natural concrete color. Staining the whole slab might be easier and give a better look when it is all said and done. The stain might also minimize the effects of future spills.

Not sure how much of an area this comprises? Well at least for the concrete, try a stainless steel brush vs. a steel brush, which can leave rust stains. Have plenty of elbow grease! You may also try muratic acid. It is sold in paint stores and home center. It is very caustic, can harm you, grass, and plants, so proper safety gear is needed such as layered clothing, respirator, goggles, rubber gloves, etc. I would recommend a professional do this step such as a power wash company? Also, contact the manufacturer of the stain, you may be surprised to find out they know the antidote you need.

We spilled an entire can of dark stain on our concrete driveway. We have tried the muriatic acid and powerwashing method but it did not work. It did lighten it a little.
Will try the baking soda next.

I tried Simple Green on an oil spill from my car and it worked great. Maybe it will work on your stain too.

Dump vinigar on the stain, leave it sit for about 15 minutes and wipe up.

Try Bleach and if that don't get it then get the masonary cleaner for brick-muratic acid is what they use to clean brick and if neither one of those work then go to the frig. and get the BAKEING SODA...Just wet the spot with a little water and then put the soda right on top of it....It also cleans battery terminals in your car...Good Luck !!!!!!!!!!!!
