Hi Honey, here are some symptoms of pregnancy, some people can go the whole term without having any of these symptoms.
Tender, swollen breasts
One of the early signs of pregnancy is sensitive, sore breasts caused by increasing levels of hormones. The soreness may feel like an exaggerated version of how your breasts feel before your period. Your discomfort should diminish significantly after the first trimester, as your body adjusts to the hormonal changes.
Fatigue
Feeling tired all of a sudden? No, make that exhausted. No one knows for sure what causes early pregnancy fatigue, but it's possible that rapidly increasing levels of the hormone progesterone are contributing to your sleepiness.
You should start to feel more energetic once you hit your second trimester, although fatigue usually returns late in pregnancy when you're carrying around a lot more weight and some of the common discomforts of pregnancy make it more difficult to get a good night's sleep
Nausea or vomiting
If you're like most women, morning sickness won't hit until about a month after conception. (A lucky few escape it altogether.) But some women do start to feel queasy a bit earlier. And not just in the morning, either — pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting can be a problem morning, noon, or night.
About half of women with nausea feel complete relief by the beginning of the second trimester. For most others it takes another month or so for the queasiness to ease up.
Increased sensitivity to odors
If you're newly pregnant, it's not uncommon to feel repelled by the smell of a bologna sandwich or cup of coffee and for certain aromas to trigger your gag reflex. Though no one knows for sure, this may be a side effect of rapidly increasing amounts of estrogen in your system. You may also find that certain foods you used to enjoy are suddenly completely repulsive to you.
Abdominal bloating
Hormonal changes in early pregnancy may leave you feeling bloated, similar to the feeling some women have just before their period arrives. That's why your clothes may feel snugger than usual at the waistline, even early on when your uterus is still quite small.
Frequent urination
Shortly after you become pregnant, you may find yourself hurrying to the bathroom all the time. Why? Mostly because during pregnancy the amount of blood and other fluids in your body increases, which leads to extra fluid being processed by your kidneys and ending up in your bladder.
This symptom may start as early as six weeks into your first trimester and continue or worsen as your pregnancy progresses and your growing baby exerts more pressure on your bladder.
A missed period
If you're usually pretty regular and your period doesn't arrive on time, you'll probably take a pregnancy test long before you notice any of the above symptoms. But if you're not regular or you're not keeping track of your cycle, nausea and breast tenderness and extra trips to the bathroom may signal pregnancy before you realize you didn't get your period.
Your basal body temperature stays high
If you've been charting your basal body temperature and you see that your temperature has stayed elevated for 18 days in a row.
Good luck.

Women vary from person to person even child to child. I am 8 weeks pregnant. So far the only thing on there I have experienced is Fatigue which unfortunately I only sleep for 30 minutes and then don't go to sleep until 1:00 a.m and get up at 3:00 A.M. I am tired. Sleep for thirty minutes that day and can't sleep. Breast tenderness might be something. I do not have morning sickness at all. I cannot smoke or drink or anything like that though. And I can't drink carbonated beverages etc. Also, some women don't even experience morning sickness until the 4th month of pregnancyor never at all. Congrats and there is nothing out of the ordinary. The restlessness is the wierdest for me because usually it is just the opposite. I never had implantation bleeding. It does not always occur. Food cravings I've had none. And the frequent urination you may not feel until your 8th week of pregnancy. If severe cramping or bleeding happens contact your doctor. I'm happy you don't have symptoms and it is perfectly normal.

I was already 7 weeks along before I found out I was pregnant (I lost it around the 9th to 10th week though due to high stress) and the only two symptoms I had was missed period, slight crampy feeling in my lower abdomen, and I wanted to sleep non-stop. About 1 1/2 weeks later I was getting nausea and frequent urination. But everybody is different and some women go through their whole pregnancy with hardly no symptoms but their missed period and frequent urination at certain times. It's very normal to not be experiencing many symptoms right now. But give it a couple more weeks and those symptoms will probably start to kick in and reassure you that you really are pregnant.

Speaking from personal experience, i am 13 weeks pregnant now, and continued to deny the fact that i could be pregnant, because aside from the fact that i had missed my period i have a complete symptom free pregnancy. I didn't take a test until about a month ago. If you haven't already, you need to see a doctor. beside the home pregnancy test, they will do a blood and urine test to confirm your pregnancy. and if 3 times doesn't let you know you're pregnant, i don't know what will. If it is absolutely officially confirmed that you are pregnant and have no symptoms, congratulations. there are plenty of women who would love to be in your place, and just wait, the fatigue and frequent urination will kick in later...at least it did for me.

If the blood tests were negative then you probably are not pregnant. Our mind plays tricks on us when we really want something so perhaps that is why you are having all those prego symptoms. I'm going through the same thing right now. I feel pregnant, my period is a few days late (it never is), so now i'm assuming i'm pregnant and it seems like i'm nauseus all the time. I'm thinking that is my mind playing tricks on me though . I took a really cheap prego test today and it was negative. anyhow, good luck to you. !

Oh, honey. Consider yourself lucky! Not all women have these symptoms while pregnant. There have been cases where a woman will not even know that she is pregnant until she gives birth! The fatigue and going to the bathroom every 20 minutes won't set in until around 25 weeks (or at least, for me anyway). Congratulations and don't worry so much! Make sure you have the best prenatal care.

okay to be honest some women don't get all the symptoms or the morning sickness. i am 8 1/2 months pregnant. thank God. i didn't have any sickness at all. i just had the tender breast, sleepy all the time, and in about the 6 month it was hard for me to sleep and i got real bad back pains now. your cravings can start in about 3 months or towards the end of your pregnancy. i crave, pickles, ice, and spicy stuff i don't need, and my sense of smell is really strong. it takes time but, believe me its a wonderful process. good luck! Take care!

Have u been to a doctor yet? If not you should make an appt.
Not everyone gets all these symptoms, some people get all some none at all. It is an old wives tail that if you don't feel the symptoms something is wrong.
You are probably fine, I would only be worried if you start bleeding.

some women can feel those symptoms early on. even earlier than 4-5 weeks for some women. be lucky it hasn't hit you yet. i wouldn't worry since everones body is different. just be happy that it hasn't hit you yet. i'm at 13 weeks and still have morning sickness. i have to eat something every 2 hours or i start to feel sick and eating in the morning is the worst time for me. everything comes back up. when i'm not at work i'm in bed cuz of how i feel. just enjoy that you have a bundle of joy growing inside of you. eat healthy and don't stress out.
