Even if you have to repeat a year, it is so worth it to finish high school.
In real life, outside of high school, people really look down on high school drop outs, even if they got the GED.
You'll see, high school flies by and you will on your own in no time and wanting respect. Your chances of getting it will be zero without finishing high school.

Usually GED courses are reserved for students who are at least seventeen and have been out of the normal educational system. You need to contact your local GED testing center and ask. You may be better off going to summer school and just finishing off with a regular diploma depending on the college you want to attend. While most colleges accept a GED, you also have to show grades and ACT scores to get into many colleges.
