I honestly don't think a few teaspoons of a substance that only contains 25% alcohol is going to hurt your baby. It even suggests in a very good prenatal book that it's ok to have a glass of wine once in awhile, even when you start labour to relax you and make labour go smoothly.
I definately don't promote drinking, I know it can have terrible effects on your baby. I do think, however, that if you're suffering from a bad cold, the tiny amount of alcohol in the syrup should be ok. It's always best to ask your doctor, and go with your gut instinct. I have a cold and bought an alcohol and sucrose free cough syrup, but it doesn't work very well. Do your research and trust your decision

Yes, it's bad for pregnant woman to drink NyQuil b/c of contains alcohol and that is not good for the baby. If you are sick call your doctor and she/he will recommend medications that are safe for you and your baby.

I wouldn't. Nyquil contains alcohol and we all know what that can do to a baby. Talk with your dr, but the only meds I know for sure are ok during pregnancy are Tylenol, Sudafed and antacids.
