My gf stimulates my prostate with her fingers during sex and it's something that is pleasurable. However, could this stimulation of the prostate lead to any long term or short term health concerns?
Is it possible to handle the prostate during sex that might be unsafe?

Just don't stimulate it with a baseball bat and you and your prostate should be just fine.

I had prostate cancer had it removed but before surgery I was up 5/10 times a night to urinate. What I didn't know at the time was that because it was so hard to go it created vary large stones in the bladder because it never really drained and could never pass them, beware of that. I had wore a catheter for almost two years before they found out where the real problem was. There are many natural products that can reduce the swelling of the prostate and that is vary important to stay on top of. I am 73 years old now and I am on my sons backs to get checked out because prostate cancer has no symptoms I was just lucky and today have good health and sleep through the night.

No need to worry about health conerns and no to your second question. Not handleing it just massaging it. But, tell her to quit using her fingers and get a strap on.

Sometimes my partner sticks the whole tongue in and wiggles it around and I am weak in the knees. It can only make your sex life better.
