I heve try allredy to use the contr.panel and than regional setings language etz. but in the details is the buton for using the referencies not aktiv and I can give the comand "show the language bar on my desktop" Can someone help me please? I need help ASAP!!! Thanks and regards from Macedonia

Try this :
1- right click on your task bar .
2- go to toolbars.
3- you should find there "language bar" select it ..

If you are using Windows XP, all you need to do is right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, go to Toolbars at the top of the window that appears, and select Language Bar when it appears after the arrow.

you did not follow the right path,, here is it
control panel --- regional setting---languages ( in upper middle bar) then choose ( Details),,, you will find ( Language Bar ) in lower left,, click it and choose ( show Lang........)

Somehow your language tools got deleted. You need to find your Windows CD and install them back onto your computer.
