oh yeah! i was a theatre major in college, and in my first show my character was supposed to get shot and fall down dead. well one night, my costume dress came up too high and my @ss was hanging out for all to see, but i was supposed to be dead, so i couldn't break character and fix it, so i had to just lay there with my @ss hanging out for like 2 minutes until the scene change. thank god i was wearing pretty panties that night!

Well not so much a wardrobe malfunction but a body malfunction that ended up being a wardrobe one. When they tell you to not wear white when it is that time of the month listen! I had to cover my bottom half with a sweat shirt lol and go straight home to change hahahaha.

I have no sense of style, so every day is a wardrobe malfunction.
as for my package poking out when it should not...yeah probably once or twice, but it wasnt really a malfunction, it was my own fault.

hahaha...
I realized one day at work that there was a rather sizable hole in the crotch of my black pants (white underwear gave it away...)
only thing I could do was walk very conservatively and try to discreetly locate a safety pin.
