Outwardly, yes. Difficult decisions usually cause stress and anxiety to rise, so I will usually do all of my real decision making in my head and then use "eeny, meeny, miney, mo" when verbalizing said decision - it usually has the comforting effect of diffusing the tension in the air and in the other people involved, lightening the mood and allowing everyone to work more efficiently.
