my friend had unprotected sex with her hubby but he pulled out. later she figured out that it was during her ovualation cycle what do you think her chances are of getting pregnant? i told her 50 50 do you think it could be higher? when would it be the soonest she could find out for sure

Data I've seen on the subject suggests that having regular unprotected sex for the average person has a 5% change of getting pregnant each time. That is fairly low -- most pregnancies result in having unprotected sex regularly.
GIven that you friend was ovulating, the chance of getting pregmant is about 4x that number -- so about 20%.
The fact that hubby pulled out is not much of a factor -- but does drop it a little -- call it 15%.
Note that the numbers above are for the average woman 18 -35. If your friend is on the young side of that range, chances are higher, if she's had an abortion, chances are lower, etc.

There's always a chance to become pregnant when you're having unprotected sex. Both of my friend's children were conceived using the "pull out" method. Wish your friend lots of luck!

pulling out doesnt work as a birth control method since you can get pregnant from pre-***. i dont know the chances, but its possible! the soonest she could find out depends on the type of pregnancy test she buys, just read the back of the box itll tell you.
