I have a friend whose birthdate is December 7, 1951. Harry S Truman was president at the time.

If you're talking about Dec. 7, 1941, Franklin D. Rossevlt was president.

You probably mean Pearl Harbor Day. When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. Year was 1941, FDR (Franklin Roosevelt) was President. Many links on google
