Does it bother you that a expresident who would not defend his country in the Vietnam war is now concerned about our old enemy? Bill Clinton is concerned about the People getting HIV/AIDS, but he was not that concerned that I was getting shot at & wounded by these people. He is their friend now that there is no chance of him going to war against them. Before any one brings up Bush, At least he served. why is he concerned with our enemies but not his own military?

It actually concerns me more that our current president didn't defend his country, but yet he's the one who sent you to be shot.

He may have been enlisted, but he didn't serve...And Clinton had valid reason for not serving...he was ACTUALLY in school, whereas Bush was mostly skipping class, just like he skipped fighting in the war.

Also, some people believe that diplomacy is more effective than violence, as means of achieving peace. After all, fighting for peace is like screwing for virginity.

I must add...what makes you think that Clinton wasn't concerned that you were being shot at? Just because he's praising someone's good work when it comes to preventing HIV/AIDS doesn't mean he's not also interested in keeping our young Americans healthy and safe. I know that I often have multiple things going on in my life...I would assume that anyone who manages to get past 8th grade can probably do the same.

Honestly I think we need more presidents who have not served in the army. The army promotes war and that is one thing we need less of. Yes, I know war boosts the economy and alot of technology has come from war but war brings more war. Wasn't Bush only in the reserves and never fought in combat? I thought all he did in the army was get drunk.
