Since you lost a lot of oil, make sure the engine isn't seized.
--Can you turn the engine by hand? (turn the flywheel).
--Will the battery spin the engine?
--Check/change the spark plug.
--Clean the carburator.
--More info is needed.

--To find where the leak is -
--Get some "engine degreaser" (any auto parts store sells it).
--Follow the directions and clean your motor of all grease and dirt.
--Take your scooter for a ride and check the motor every mile or two, to find the area the oil is coming from.
--Then clean the motor again.
--Sprinkle the area with white baby powder (it will cling to the motor).
--Start the scooter. Let it run (don't ride it). Keep checking the area. The oil leak will turn the baby powder black.
Cracks anywhere are not good so this is the best place to start looking.

Finding leaks can be tricky as often it is a seal or a bearing that needs replacing and the leaks is not always visible as these are inside the motor.

Best of get a trained mechanic to strip down the motor and have a look , if one seal is leaking it is a good idea to replace them all in one go.
Sounds like you should follow the path of the founding fathers of our country.

You're going to need to take some panels off to get a better look. Then do you think you can fix it afterwards? If the answer is "no" then you should take it to a mechanic to get fixed

Try using a hydrolic montnago pressure extender to combust the access oil in the leak to squirt out of the oil leak then retain this untill you have a good understanding of where the leak might be coming from. Or take it to a garage.
