IN AMERICA THE STATISTICS SAY THAT ROUGHLY 70% OF NEW AIDS CASES R BLACK WOMEN.THEY ALSO SAY 70% OF BLACK MEN GO TO JAIL.NOW WOULD YOU AGREE THAT THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT CHANCE THAT MEN WHO GET RAPED,HAVE SEX OR EVEN SHARE NEEDLES GET AIDS AND THEN WHEN THEY COME HOME THEY DONT KNOW THEY HAVE IT.IT CAN TAKE 6 MONTHS TO KNOW U HAVE IT.BLACK MEN IN AMERICA COME HOME AND PLAY TOUGH BUT IN REALITY SOME R WHAT WE IN NY CALL "HOMO-THUGS".MEN WHO R GAY BUT ACT STRAIGHT.SO THEY SLEEP WITH WOMEN WITH NO PROTECTION(BOTH PARTIES FAULT) AND AIDS SPREADS.NO ONE KNOWS THEY HAVE IT AND ITS OFF TO SLEEP WITH THE NEXT PERSON AND ON AND ON.SO FOLKS WHAT IM ASKING IS DO U BELIEVE BLACK MEN IN JAIL R SPREADING AIDS THROUGH THE COMMUNITY TO ANY WOMEN BUT ESPEACIALLY BLACK WOMEN?SOUND OFF

ALSO THERE ARE OTHER FACTORS BUT WERE TALKING ABOUT JAIL,AIDS BLACK WOMEN AND HOMOTHUGS

it's a theory if what you typed re: black males is true. You never know, it could be because of many factors, health, sexual practices, ignorance of the HIV, people thinking it can't happen to them.
Those stats seem high, where did you get them?

This should not be answered as a matter of belief - belief is faith in an essentially unprovable thing. Your hypothesis "sounds" somewhat reasonable but there are a few holes in it and several other explainations as to why this could be occuring (if indeed your facts are acurate).
