I plan on becoming an FBI Agent in my future but am unsure of what colleges have the best programs and fields of study that would be appropriate. I live in Minnesota so I prefer a school that is located in the state. I have looked at the FBI website so I am informed on what type of people they would employ and certian requirements that they have.

I need names of colleges and/or Universities if you know of any.

I plan on applying for the FBI when I finish college. So far what I've found out is it all depends on what type of agent you are applying for. They have several positions. Being a special agent is just one of many. Most likely a Criminal Justice degree is a good idea to acquire, but if you plan on having an emphasis on terrorism than maybe linguistics or even international relations. As for the college you plan on attending, any will do, most likely an accredited university. Don't forget to look into the internship the FBI has for college students (It seems competitive to get into, but it cant hurt to try). One more thing, call to speak with the human resources and they should be able to help you with much more information. Good luck on your adventures.
