I only know a few detail. 1)*it was based on a true story 2.)*its about a couple who was stuck on a mountian during a snow storm. 3)*they also had a toddler. 4) the were recused. 5)* they ended losing their legs. 6)*the end of the movie shows the family on a beach. ---that is all i know about this movie. please help!!!

I have seen this, but it wasnt a movie. Instead, it was a documentary on Discovery channel. Thanks for letting me know that there is a movie on it too. I had felt that it needed a bit of drama when i saw it on Discovery...
