Pornograpic images as avatars are not child porn unless they include one or more children in the image.

Report the images you see as "adult content", and ignore them otherwise. Your son is definitely old enough to understand the "bird and bees" so make sure he understands what porno is and why you dont want him seeing it.

There aren't really any pornographic pictures per say. Some are along the lines of lewd, but not really revealing actual parts. I haven't seen any sexually explicit acts in pictures or anything.

I do think Yahoo should make a site for 18 and over though, it would clear up so much hassle. I see a lot of kids posting things and people will answer with adult type answers which isn't really appropriate.

I'm not really sure if you can sue or not.

You should not sue for Pornography. You should be a beter parent. Can you be sued for allowing your child to look at porn?

dont worry about suing. If he cannot do as asked on the internet, take those privelages away.
In other words, take the computer away from him and make him earn the privelage back.
too many parents want to make others accountable, your son needs to be responsible for his actions and hel accountable for them, If not out goes the computer. you gave him the privelage of internet use and he abuse's it. then take it back..
