Breaking a window was a little overboard. That would only make them spend money on the window instead of the Wii.

Not only do you deserve to be grounded, if you were my kid, I would make you work to earn the money that it cost to replace the window, and I would make a rule that there would be no video games AT ALL in your near future...Not at my house, not at friends' houses, anywhere!

How spoiled are you that you thought it would be appropriate to break things just because your parents wouldn't go get you something? And a game, at that...not even anything that you really NEED for survival.

Besides that, has it occurred to you that maybe they had one for you already, that's in hiding as a Christmas gift? Maybe the reason they weren't willing to drive last night was because they knew it was already in the trunk of the car!!! I hope they take it back, or give it to charity, so that some kid who actually appreciates it can have it!

What an ungrateful person you are (and that's being generous)!

Yes, you should be grounded... you do not always get what you want in life right away.
If it were me I would make sure that you also didn't get a Wii at all.
Sounds like your spoiled and need a lesson in the way that life really works.

I laught at the ignorance from a child who would never think of spending that kinds of money on your mom or dad if you had it. Yet for your amusement they are supoose to give out their hard earned money for a wii??? Go outside play in the snow, possib;y shovel and show some respect then maybe you could think about asking for such a expensive gift. You sond like a spoiled child, who shouldn't get what he wants to show him a lesson on manners.

So to answer your question good that your grounded.

Yep, you should be grounded. You should also have to pay for the window to be fixed. You are old enough to know by now that you don't always get what you want in this life, and even it you do get it it's not always right when you want it. You are also old enough to start behaving in a more appropriate manner. What you did was childish.

Your parents should take the money for the Wii and fix the window instead.

I think you have some serious behavior problems.

D@mn, anger managment problems much?

Yes you deserve to be grounded, and to either pay for the damages yourself if you have a job, or to be assigned extra chores around the house to work off the cost. Plus were you my kid and that big box was for you, I'd return it.

you spoiled ungrateful heathen!, if you were my kid, I would have beat a little of that attitude out of your *ss, then grounded you, of course, you'd also have to work off the price of the window, and I pay less than slave-wages
If the big box is for you, I hope its filled with socks and underwear

lol....if you were my kid. You don't even know what I would do. I'd probably send you off to boarding school or military school or something. My kids are lucky as they pretty much get whatever they want. But not right when they ask for it. They have to be patient and work for it.
