My cousin is good looking, innocent. But she lacks education. Her father is a drunkard, her mother is having some psychic problems. Her economic status is average. I am a software engineer, earning just 15000/- pm. Parents are the only dependants at present. I like her very much and i promised her four years back that i will marry u. Only for very few occassions we met. In the gap, i met many other gals, but i couldn't able change my focus from her. My parents say since we know the defects with her and their family, it is not so advisable to marry her.
They tell that i lack social pride or status if i marry that gal, as whole in our relatioinship-circle know the problems of her. I may have some problems later on in life, as i will be the only earning person. Staying in city like bangalore it will become difficult to get good education for children, getting them married with only single earning. But four years back i didn't think all these. Now what i have to do.

man go to village, or woman go to city.
It matters not that she does not work. there are many sucsessful marrages living just fine off of a single income. decide what would be best for you both as a family and then work twards it together.
once you both decide on something then you can act upon it. if it dosent work out one way then you can change your plans.
as long as you love and respect eachother and make your choices with one another in mind it'll all work out.
everyone goes through rough times and it will get rough every now and then but if you don't do anything then it will slip away from you and leave you with nothing.

OK...well. If I were you...and only if I were you. I would set my goal for a wife just a wee bit higher. WOW...(this is a tough question) I would stay in the city and find a woman there. Someone you don't know...someone new to the family that shares the same kind of life as you do. (good luck and may God bless you)

I think your marrying your cousin will be more accepted in the village than the city, if at all. You should probably find someone else, for her too if you're worried about her, and break the cycle.
