If you have to have a PCI not PCI-E or AGP and you have to choose one under $100 retail, your best choice is ATI - RADEON 9250. They run about $80. You'll probably need a faster card. If you can afford $130, then I would pick up a RADEON X1300 PCI. If your CPU is fast enough, this will play most MMORPG very well.
