yeah, we have all sorts of weird laws here in the states. there's even a board game where it gives you 3 laws and you have to try tho guess the one that's not a real one. I'm not sure what it's called, though.
In one state, it's illegal to carry an ice cream cone in your pocket.
In minneapolis, the capital of my state, it's illegal to keep a goat in your apartment unless it doubles as a barn. Seriously.
