I consider you. i don't see what's incorrect with addressing comments to a particular answerer, as long as that is on subject count. The asker might see that somebody has have been given the incorrect end of the stick because of the fact the question wasn't sparkling, or some thing, and that they could be waiting to manage that. it form of feels in simple terms well mannered to renowned the guy who observed that some information mandatory clarifying. concerning a rude answer, commenting on it straight away is best to reporting it, imho.

It depends. Most of the time I will answer only if I can be of "help" or if I have a strong opinion on the subject. Long details are sometimes useful in helping you to give a better answer.

It depends on what the question is about! If it's a really long question about undefinable crap, then I skip it! If it's a relevant question, then sure, I'll answer. That's what this is all about, isn't it?

Depends who the person who wrote it is. If it's someone i know, then i read it and answer accordingly but if it's some schmoe, then i just answer to the headline question
