It's illegal in the United States. A person can only be married to one person at a time. Therefore you cannot marry a "woman who is married".

YES, it is wrong to marry her even if she is divorced, don't go and marry her she is not worth it, u can find some one better some one who has never been married, hope u do the right thing.

Well, it's illegal. She would have to get devorced for the marriage to count. If you mean is it ethically wrong, I think there has to be more factors involved. (i.e. Do they love each other still?)
