it's just a little over 2 hours---remember that Norway is an hour ahead of the UK, so even though it says a 07:00 departure lands at 10:10--- that's 10:10 Norwegian time (9:10 in London)

on a cleary day without turbulance or airport delays, it can be under 2 hours by a good 15 minutes---I've flown this route often and it's usually a nice, easy flight.

Depends on how you are going and where in Norway you are going but I think a flight from Heathrow to Oslo takes 2-3 hours.
