Stress is like a bottle with mineral water. If you shake it and open ...than all the bubbles will come out...so instead try not to shake the bottle....my point is..try no to put the stress out. In that way you will proctect yourself from stres...and allow yourself to be happy. :)
good luck.

its no wonder if you forgot how to smile. In today's society, there is more stress than ever, but if you look around for just a moment, you may be surprised. Believe it or not, there are still some things around you every day that can bring an instant smile to your seriously stern face.
Do not give way to irritation or frustration. If you have any problem which is stressing you, just discuss that openly with your friends or with your relatives. That could help you to solve your problem and can protect you from stress.
Just divert your attention from stress and do that whatever could make you happy..
for example:
breathing fresh air,
the smell of fresh roses,
a field of wild flowers,
a walk on the beach,
dancing, riding horses ,a hot bubble bath,a smile,a look,a kiss,playing in a band,getting a raise etc....
God will help you!!

First by accepting that there are things that are beyond your control...
Secondly know that you too are a mortal and will not live forever, so make the most of what you have.
Third by doing things for others who are in worse shape than you.
Fourth by accepting the fact, that life is a challenge and a very interesting one , where you have to balance all kinds of things to keep going.
Fifth, you can do more by living...even more by living happy.
Sixth....WE ALL HAVE A PURPOSE HERE....do never doubt that...
