turkey bowling. Did you get a strike? What was your final score? How on earth did they return the turkey?

Never... but I have been to a wedding social (dance) where the bride and groom held a very interesting elimination pool. They created a fenced-in grid with 100 equal squares. People bought a square for $10.00. Ducks were released inside the fence. If a square was pooped on, that square was eliminated. The last square left 'clear' was declared the winner, and that person won half the pot. (Drunk people and ducks... I'd imagine turkey bowling to be as interesting...)

I've watched guys do it in the gym of my church. It was hilarious. Someone stood at the other end of the hall and grabbed the turkey after it hit the pins and carried the turkey back. The guys didn't keep score, they just tried to see if they could actually knock the pins down. It was funny to watch them.

Nope, but I think they return the turkey in the same way they do it with the chicken on chicken bowling...
